Glasyads.com Premium Package plans includes a 30 day money back gaurantee.If you are not satisfied with any of our services for any reason you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation only. Accounts/Cancelled or terminated by Glasyads.com due to violation of terms are not qualified for 30 day money back gaurantee. Money back gaurantee will not apply for Renewals and also for cancelling the existing account and signing up for another premium packages. Glasyads.com reserves the right to employ certain technological methods to deterfraud.

Security

Once you sign up to become a member of Glasyads.com Services, you will be issued a Username and password. You use your best efforts in maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your account and you agree that you will not disassemble,translate or alter any Content or materials or executable code received via Glasyads.com.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions will continue based on users needs and also on selected interval. To cancel your account,send a mail to our support team along with your User ID and reason for cancellation. Your account will be de-activated with in 24 hrs.

Upgrading/Renewal of Plan

• Even before the expiry of Existing plan If a user wants to upgrade from a low level plan to higher plan exisitng plan listings(unused listings) will not count.But already Published listings will be taken count in Newly selected Plan.
• There is no possibility for a user to change/upgrade from highlevel plan to low level plan. For Further more queries you may contact our support team

Content

All postings which includes messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials posted on, transmitted through, or linked from Glasyads.com services, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content ("Content") originated. Specifically, you are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via Glasyads.com. You understand that Glasyads.com does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through its Service, and that by using this Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge that Glasyads.com does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that Glasyads.com shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the letter or spirit of the Terms or for any other reason. Modification of HTML Code

Making changes in the Existing HTML code provided for your postings to others sites is strictly prohibited. Even their accounts can be deactivated with out prior Notice if users modify in any way.

Spam / Fraudulent ads

Glasyads.com users and our syndicate partners do not appreciate spam/Fraudulent ad Postings. Glasyads.com encourages users to post ads as long as they are not duplicates or other forms of spam. Glasyads.com may take Corrective action to delete classifieds ads and/or Violation/breaching of terms which includes revoking user access and misusing our service. Prohibited spam or otherwise disallowed marketing activities on Glasyads.com may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Posting ads with inappropriate links/titles/desc,or unauthorized usage of content to which the person posting.
• Posting ads solely with the intention of collecting user information for raising money.
• Posting ads which contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials or by unauthorized robots.
• Posting job related ads which requires an monetary investment by the user at any time.
• Prompting users to post ads in other classifieds site.

Partnership Rift

In the Event of Glasyads.com discontinues partnership with any of the current syndicate partners and/or is unable to generate the html code for html sites due to technological changes on the partner system, this shall not be considered to be a breach in services. Glasyads.com will attempt to implement a fix to any external technological updates by partner sites, but will not be liable in the event a solution is not available, or a partnership is severed.

Distributed listings through Third Party Sites

Glasyads.com provides links to and distributes listings through third party sites and resources over which Glasyads.com has no control. Glasyads.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Glasyads.com makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site.

Conduct

You agree not to use the Glasyads.com Services to:

• upload, post or transmit any unlawful Content which is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• harm minors in any way.
• impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Glasyads.com official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• uploading/ posting/transmitting any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
• uploading/ posting/transmitting any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
• uploading/ posting/transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• interfering or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
• violating National/International laws applicable to local, state and nation intentionally or unintentionally.
• "stalk" or otherwise harass another.
• Collecting or storing any personal information about other users.
• promoting/providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Glasyads.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modification of Service

Glasyads.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Glasyads.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Termination of Service

You shall also agree that you will not attempt to block or interfere with advertisements displayed on your classified ads by any other means leads to immediate termination of service. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by Glasyads.com on your classified ad is subject to change. Your business dealings or in promotion participation if advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Glasyads.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
